How we turn
waste into a resource
Our process of transforming plastics from waste into regenerated granules starts with collecting LDPE waste plastics directly on site with our own vehicles, after they have been sorted and checked.
Once transported to our storage area, the waste is compacted and packed. The resulting product is then opened for another careful analysis of the contents, removing all materials that are not suitable for processing.
The remaining plastic waste is then ready to be loaded onto conveyor belts in order to start the shredding and washing phase. The material obtained from this process is then sent to the feeder, where the extrusion phase is activated, forming the plastic granule ready to be sold and processed.
